Founded Industry Minds after receiving his first role in a Feature Film. Has been doing motivational speaking for over 10 years. D'Mico is a strong believer in going after your dream and spreading the knowledge along the way. Currently creating television and film projects.

Iyad Hajjaj
Actor/Acting Coach/Producer
Iyad Hajjaj is a Middle Eastern Actor. Speaks several middle eastern languages and dialects. Iyad started Acting in the Middle East as a teenager, has always admired art and took every opportunity to learn. Growing up among twelve(12) brothers and sisters has taught him to be a great team player,understanding and tolerant. Most recently Iyad played a Co-Star on TNT Pilot AGENT X starring Sharron Stone, a Recurring Role on THE BRINK on HBO, GUEST STARRED on FOX tv show TOUCH.

Michael Moss
Actor/Producer & BET Development
A graduate of Howard University, Mike Moss is the star and producer of the hit web series "Almost 30." He also has collaborated with Black and Sexy TV's "Hello Cupid," and "Sexless," and recently co-hosted their inaugural Black and Sexy Awards. In his current role, as a part of the development team at BET Networks, his goal is to raise awareness and bridge the gap between innovative digital content creators and the BET brand.
